These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the LeadSpring platform, provided by Snowinch S.L. and marketed by Adevolution S.L., available at https://www.leadspring.app. Access to and use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Service description

LeadSpring is a SaaS platform that allows you to create, manage, and publish AI-generated interactive quizzes, with lead collection and management functions, statistical analysis, and external integrations.

3. Usage requirements

• The user must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their country.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

4. User account

• The user is responsible for the security of their login credentials.
• It is forbidden to share the account with third parties without written authorization from LeadSpring.

5. Plans and payments

• Prices and features are listed on the "Pricing" page of the website.
• Payments are managed through external providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• All amounts are indicated excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before expiration.

6. Content and user responsibility

• The user owns the data collected through their quizzes and guarantees they have the right to process it.
• It is forbidden to use LeadSpring for illegal, defamatory, discriminatory activities or in violation of third-party rights.

7. Liability limitations

• LeadSpring does not guarantee that the service is free from errors or interruptions.
• The total liability towards the user is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the website.

9. Modifications

LeadSpring may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website and will become effective from the indicated date.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the Court of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), unless there is a different mandatory legal provision.
